A poll commissioned by the Washington County Citizens for Economic Opportunity shows 57% of county residents would vote wet, or to allow the sale of beer, wine, and liquors in Washington County.

The outrageous situation in which state and local taxpayers are still paying an Alabama teacher her full salary while she sits in prison on a conviction related to having sex with a student is even worse than when we first wrote about it a few weeks ago.
