On Monday June 23rd, 2014 @ approximately 7:40 p.m. the Wapello County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call that Michael Todd Chrisman, age 25 of Ottumwa IA had gone into the Des Moines River near the Cliffland Park River Access and had not resurfaced.
