It's one of the biggest proposed projects in the country, and people in Union County are sounding off about Hyperion's plans to build an oil refinery in their backyard.

Opponents outnumbered supporters more than two-to-one while addressing the state Board of Minerals and Environment Wednesday and today on whether Union County needs or wants an oil refinery.
