Local man charged in fight outside apartment complex

Jonathan T. Thomas, 20, was charged Friday in Tippecanoe Circuit Court with attempted battery by means of a deadly weapon; criminal recklessness while armed with a deadly weapon; and carrying a handgun without a license.
