A 28-year-old Redding man pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Tehama County Superior Court to charges he raped a woman at the Triangle Motel on June 1. Paul Omar Bermudez was arrested June 1 after a 21-year-old woman reported to the Red Bluff Police Department he had raped her at the Montgomery Road motel around 12:30 that morning.
