The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for all of central and southern Mississippi until 9 p.m. Severe weather is moving across the state from Louisiana and is responsible for quarter- and half dollar-sized hail in the Delta and Sunflower County, meteorologist Joanne Culin said.
