WLOX-TV13 upgrading digital signal today

Coastal Mississippi television viewers who watch ABC affiliate WLOX-TV13 over the air will need to "rescan" their digital TV tuners or converter boxes once again after 9 a.m. today, the station said.

Mississippi school administrators are increasingly frustrated because lawmakers can't agree on a state budget for the year that begins July 1.
