Stark voters to decide future of sales tax

Issue 5 was placed on the Nov. 3 ballot for voters to decide whether or not the 0.5 percent sales tax increase imposed by the Stark County commissioners near the end of 2008 will be repealed -- but, the ballot language is worded in such a way that a vote of yes will vote to retain the tax increase.
