I was not surprised by Stafford County Supervisor Mark Dudenhefer's comments of the "potential" placement of Guantanamo prisoners at Quantico ["Terrorists, here? Here's why NIMBY," May 7]. I wonder if he believes it is appropriate to take federal money, but with no accountability.
