Authorities still searching for Redfield bank robber
Authorities in Redfield are still looking for the man who robbed a Bank of the West branch on Friday.
The state Division of Criminal Investigation is working on photos of the suspect to release to the public.
He's about 6 feet tall and around 300 pounds. He had blond hair, a goatee and sideburns, but may have since shaved his facial hair.
Spink County Sheriff Les Helm says citizens have called in tips and officers are pursuing leads.
One person says they saw a man matching the suspect's description leaving a house near the bank. Others saw a man leave the bank and head on foot and head southwest. Read more
