A statewide grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant further criminal action against a Blair County man accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of timber from property owners in Cambria and Somerset counties.

A Somerset County man was jailed Friday on rape charges, state police said. Michael Eugene Lisbon, 28, of Jennerstown, was arrested after a 10-year-old girl accused him of sexually assaulting her in 2006, said Somerset state police Trooper Todd Sherle.
