This killer was setting up his own defense in advance. Pure premeditation!

Apparently he wasn't scared enough to avoid her. Confronting her at a funeral kind of makes his story less creditable.

what is with you people this was a guy stocked by a physco nut cop. if the rolls were reversed what would happen. or if he was not on parole and she was not a cop everyone seems to belive if your a cop your stable. or a woman your innocent i can see how a man on parole would be scared to death of a nut cop woman that is a no win situation you either end up back in prison or dead.

i honestly TRUELY feel he is a lying piece of sh*t... and that poor woman told him she wanted nothing to do with him and he flipped.. i know it sounds like im just being judgemental but i say this because when i have had a run in with this as*hole along time ago to, and although it didnt lead to anything i could tell he was about to do something an the look in his eyes said it all, i was like 17 at the time he maybe in his 20's... something wasn't right with that man at all.. i never told anyone about it, but when this came out in the paper it was not surprising to me at all!!!
