State budget axe making farmers nervous
The state budget axe is making many farmers across the state nervous. The Michigan State University agricultural extension program was spared during this last round of vetoes.
An Owosso man is dead after being thrown from his all terrain vehicle. The Shiawassee County Sheriff's Department says 35 year old Kevin James Wiley was driving his ATV in a field near State and Juddville Road just after midnight.
