Illinois man drowns while fishing in northeast Missouri
A Quincy, Ill., man has died after drowning in a lake in northeast Missouri. The Hannibal Courier-Post reported on Friday that Charles Smith died at a lake at the Heartland Ministries facility near Bethel in Shelby County.
