Watkins Glen emergency workers locate missing swimmer
Watkins Glen Village Police, state police, Schuyler County sheriff's deputies, Watkins Glen Fire Department volunteers and other emergency workers responded to a 911 call from a cell phone shortly before 2 p.m. this afternoon alerting them to a possible drowning victim.
