Armed Santa Cruz Man Arrested

SANTA CRUZ, Calif- A man is arrested for brandishing a hand gun and possession of marijuana in the 700 block of Pacific Avenue Early this morning witnesses stated that the passenger of a Volvo brandished a firearm and yelled some derogatory comments as the vehicle drove by.
