I don't think this is right, it was an accident. There were (allegedly) no drugs, alcohol, or speeding!
Does law enforcement not have anything better to do?
Do they not think that she is already suffering enough?
I have been thru something similar. A TOTAL accident, and my loved one is still carrying it on their shoulders!
This is just wrong. She has NO business doing any time. I guess they just want to contribute to messing her up for the rest of her life.

if you do not know the facts, don't say something ignorant to make you seem like you do know the facts. count to 6 next time you're driving and tell me thats not enough time to react. a drunk driver is a bad driver when they're drunk. whats the excuse when you're sober?

An accident is an accident any way you look at it. I too have lost a child and would not want anyone else suffer this type of pain, but what good does it do to make this young girl suffer even more. Prayers are needed for both families not judgement.

This girl was not paying attention. She had over 500yds to see that innocent bicylcist. She should have her drivers liscense removed for a minimum of 3 years. She was careless and anything she gets she deserves. If that boy was in a car and she hit him going 60 and killed him she would have gotten real charges not some petty misdemor.

The burden is nothing compared to the torture the family of the victim is going through.

Daily Horoscope for December 28

Taurus

If you've been neglecting that special someone in your life over the past few days because you've been so busy with the festivities, try to make up for it today. Maybe you could have some time alone with them, or perhaps you simply need to remind them how much you love them. Don't be afraid to open up your heart to them, and to let them do the same to you.
