Glenn County Sheriff confirms identity of final victim in Orland crash

Willows >> The Glenn County Sheriff's Office today confirmed the identity of the final victim of a charter bus and tractor-trailer crash in Orland that occurred on April 10. Adrian Castro, 19, of El Monte, was positively identified using DNA, which was necessary, according to a press release from the Sheriff's Office.
