Soggy weather doesna t dampen UMWA fish fry
BY DEBRA McCOWN BRISTOL HERALD COURIER CASTLEWOOD, Va. - If the fish hadn't been fried, they might've swum away as the rain pounded Saturday's United Mine Workers fish fry.
