Despite having a week to look it over, the Board of Stephens County Commissioners still hasn't reached a decision on pipeline crossing policy for the county.

The accident was discovered and reported about 8:40 a.m. Snider was driving a 2007 Dodge pickup north on a county road when the vehicle went off the roadway to the left.

During Monday's regular meeting, the Board of Stephens County Commissioners discussed making changes to the policies for Stephens County Application for permit public service/pipeline crossing.
