Re-trial In Abduction Case Starts Tomorrow

The re-trial of a former Harrisonburg man accused of holding his ex-girlfriend against her will is slated to get underway Thursday morning in Rockingham County Circuit Court During his first trial in December, jurors failed to reach a unanimous verdict on the most serious charge so a mistrial was declared.
