At 8.2 percent, Texas' unemployment rate is the highest in 22 years. But that sounds enviable in Morris County, an isolated industrial island in the northeast corner of the state where the jobless rate has reached 15.6 percent, even higher than in Michigan.

Leshers file malicious prosecution law suit

Attorney Mark Lesher and his wife Rhonda have filed a petition in the District Court of Collin County against Red River County resident Shannon Coyel, accusing Coyel of 'malicious prosecution.' The suit comes as a result of a sexual assault trial in McKinney in which the Leshers were acquitted in January.
