Power Outage Blacks Out Southwest Iowa 1hr

Parts of Southwest Iowa sat in the dark Sunday night after a power outage. Mark Reinders, a spokesperson for MidAmerican Energy, said 10,000 customers did not have power Sunday starting around 8:50 p.m. The areas primarily affected included Logan, Missouri Valley, rural parts of Pottawattamie County and sections of Council Bluffs.
