Man arraigned in fatal Brockton stabbing

Tyron Coney, 23, was arraigned in Brockton District Court on one count of manslaughter in connection with the fatal stabbing of David A. Smith, 22, also of Brockton, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz's office said.
