Robbers Fire Defendant Indicted and Rearrested

Defendant Bryon Mason was indicted last week by the Placer County Grand Jury on charges of Arson Causing Great Bodily Injury and Arson of an Inhabited Dwelling stemming from an incident which took place on July 11, 2012, in Placer County commonly referred to as the "Robbers Fire".

Sacto 911: Placer district attorney bypasses judge, indicts fire suspect

The Placer County District Attorney's office announced Tuesday that the man who reportedly started the 2,630-acre Robbers Fire has been rearrested and will stand trial on charges of arson causing great bodily injury and arson of an inhabited dwelling stemming from the July 11, 2012, incident.
