Police Beat: Man arrested for firing shots in neighborhood
Jarred Michael Paul, 19, of Mineral Wells, was booked into the Palo Pinto County Jail Monday after he was charged with deadly conduct, a third-degree felony, for reportedly shooting several vehicles in the 900 block of S.W. 17th Street.
