Police: Motorcycle Rider Wasn't Wearing Helmet
One man is dead after a motorcycle accident in Owen County, Kentucky. Police say Ernest Sebree, 60, was riding down at steep hill on Beverly Lane just before Noon Saturday when he lost control around a curve and struck two parked vehicles.
