Well...hope he made more sense in person cuz this article makes him sound like an idiot. I have to say I am not yet impressed with our newly elected District Attorney either. Doing your job correctly means making the hard choices, not being afraid of offending anyone. Remember when public service was an honorable profession?

If he is so supportive of the laws, why does he still have a drunk driver on the payroll.....
As our elected official, he should've done the "right" thing and put this individual on unpaid leave until the matter is resolved, and not continue to pay his salary while Mr Holguin sits at him, on paid leave. I wonder if he is this generous with all his "law abidding" deputies, or just a select few....... Out of curiousity, did this deputy get an interlock machine installed into his duty unit, which he has been seen operating around town, or is it a "look the other way" topic as well..... |

Question 1: Because he can, and no one will tell him otherwise..... This individual is a favorite "brown" pet of the infamous Capt Ledbetter, who likes standing over the deeds of others claiming as his own.... Question 2: No he isn't this "generous", just with a select few, mostly the white ones, but he keeps a few brown ones, like houlguin, to quiet the masses.... It's a look the other way situation, and from my understanding, if any of them comment on the matter, they will be at receiving end of Capt Ledbetter's fury, meaning he'll go to the might Sheriff and whine and the Sheriff will give him permission to go after the "individual"..... Gotta love politics...... |

To think that race has something to do with the S.O. is a lie. You obviously have no clue. Why would you say something so unjustified and mean about an organization that is there to protect us all with many fine men and women that take pride in their jobs ( brown, white, green, or yellow) |
