Louisa incumbents hold off challenges; Fluvanna chairman ousted; Orange supervisor short 5 votes

Louisa's two tested incumbents have held on to their seats, but a coup has taken place in Fluvanna, and two of Orange County's five supervisors have been unseated, according to unofficial results reported by voter registrars and the state board of elections.
