100 calls to 911 lands Syracuse woman in jail

On April 8, Shandrika Kersey, 18, of Syracuse called the Onondaga County 911 Dispatch Center 100 times between about 3:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Kersey told dispatchers a 14 or 15-year-old female kept walking by her house and was posting things on Facebook that made her angry.
