Magistrate's wife charged in burglary case
The wife of a magistrate judge in eastern Idaho has been charged with two counts of felony burglary for allegedly breaking into two homes to get prescription drugs.
Idaho State Police said they took a Blackfoot woman into custody for leading officers on a chase through southeastern Idaho.

An ATV accident in Oneida County claims the life of a Rockland man. It happened on Sunday around 5 pm on Highway 37 at Milepost 25 near Roy Summit, which is south of the Twin Springs camp area.
Swine Flu Case Confirmed in Oneida County
The Oneida County Hospital in Malad is reporting a mild case of the swine flu. According to Colleen Montgomery, LPN and Infection Control Nurse, there are also a few other suspected cases in the county.
