The mother of a man who died of swine-flu-related illness says her son was asked to leave a Corpus Christi hospital emergency room the day before.

the man WAS NOT ASKED TO LEAVE ER.he was asked to sit in a chair as he was lying on the floor.He told the manager of the shelter he stayed at "I got tired of waiting and i left.." the mans brother ALSO says the same thing,that his brother DID NOT WANT OT WAIT,and left.but that he was told to sit in a chair and not lay on the floor which btw is very unsanitary,not to mention a safetey hazzard.
