Don Moore, 67, veteran Texas lawman and Jamaica Beach police officer for the past 10 years, passed away at 3 o'clock this morning in UTMB Hospital where he was admitted November 4th after suffering a massive heart attack.

Man with 4 previous felony DWI convictions arrested for DWI

Robert Hernandez was driving a 2007 Jeep Wrangler when police said he ran into the rear of a 2004 Ford F150 truck that was stopped for a traffic light at Kostroyz and South Padre Island Drive about 7 p.m. Hernandez fled in the Jeep, but was stopped by an officer at Ayers and Gollihar.
