Muhlenberg County Juvenile Judge Speaks
Since airing the story on Timmy Stephens, I've received emails and phone calls from concerned viewers wanting to know if what the judge ordered was legal. via WEHT

I am amazed. Not at the actions of Judge Wiggins and what passes for justice in the Muhlenberg County judicial system, no, I'm amazed at the lack of public outrage at this incident. It grieves me to see how low the people have stooped to allow, by their continued silence, this kind of action to take place in their name.
May God have mercy in their souls!!!! |

Strange he and his mom got off so easy in the start. Maybe it wouldnt gone this far.Look at the history of Jeff Boyd and his parents getting him out of his never ending trouble. What does it take ? Where does it end ? |

I'm sorry if this sounds crule, but its about time some one dose something about these bullies. As mother of four boys , I understand boys will be boys but theres a line .I think they messed up when kids can call the law on the parents if they spank them .Most need their (ASS) spanked .Excuse my french . Something needs to be done . MAybe it scared this boy ,that maybe he will straighten up his act.Maybe save him from jail one day.

I live and work in "good old boy" Methenberg County. I had not heard the first thing about this story until I read it here. But, most posts here are correct - It's who you know or how much money you can pay that gets you out of trouble.

If this were my son, I would want them (legal system) to scare the beegeebies out of him!! There is enough violence within our youth and it needs to stop. And my son would have worked to pay off the medical bills himself. Maybe I'm a hard parent but I don't want a thug on my hands either.
If parents would let kids suffer the consequences of their actions like adults have to and not get them out of everything they get into we wouldn't have half the troubles. Yes my son has been in a bit of trouble and he took his punishment like a man. Has he done it again,,,,,,,NO. |

I totaly agree with you. I have 4 boys and I am tired of this crap from the young people . If parents were more involed with there kids maybe they wouldhave alittle more control of them. |
