FMCC?budget proposal seeks tuition increase
The Fulton County Board of Supervisors on Monday scheduled a public hearing on Fulton-Montgomery Community College's proposed $18.6 million 2013-14 budget, which calls for no increase in contributions from Fulton and Montgomery counties but raises tuition by $154 for the school year.
