Salinas woman pleads no contest to sex with teen boy

Annette Banda was charged in January with 18 counts of lewd or lascivious acts involving a child ages 14 or 15, 18 counts of annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18, and four counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with someone under the age of 18. Of those, 22 counts are felonies.
