The Monroe County 911 Communications Center issued an alert at about 11:40 a.m. Thursday that there was a 911 telephone outage.

Man injured in Tomah crash

A Tomah man receives serious injuries in a two-car crash Saturday morning. Monroe County Sheriff's Detective Sergeant Ronald Rader said in a release that the crash happened at 9:23 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 131 and Highland Avenue just south of the I-90 exit outside of Tomah.
