A former Pennsylvania pastor already serving life without parole for killing his second wife has been sentenced to more prison time for the death of his first wife in Lebanon County. A 22-year-old Monroe County woman who reported being raped at the West End Fair last month will be charged with making false reports to law enforcement officials. State police said their investigation found that Danielle Dutka, 22, of Brodheadsville, was not raped.
