A Tompkinsville man was arraigned Tuesday in Monroe District Court on two counts of first-degree murder.

The Campbellsville Police Department is investigating a murder that occurred early Sunday morning.

Two people were found dead Sunday morning at a house in Monroe County, Kentucky State Police said.
