i heard the proscutor is seeking to have roger stroud tried under the federal law seeking the death penalty.it can be done.

"mad" is apparently bored/trolling.
There's already too many topics (and idiotic comments) on this subject. If there's anything that you just "have" to say about it,I would suggest going to those and posting instead.

I do not think that will happen. He is seeking the temporary insanity. If that works for him, he will be out in a few year's. I feel if this happens he will spend about 5 to 7 ys. If good behavior, it will be alot less. Proscutor can seek anything they want! but the Death Penalty is not in this State, therefore it cannot be tried as such. Have a great day

read again under fedral law they can. temporary insanity whatever. he will never get that for the simple fact he has had restraining warrant or warrants over bodily harm hello! he goes in front of jury wheww hes a had ladd....

The woman always had them droped? Vadie also had a restraining order on her by his first wife! I realy don't give a hoot, but dont cry when he walks, in a few years. It's just the way it is. May not be fair, but HELLO.

Not sure I can understand this. This man shot his wife, Did he shot her before he put her in the frig or after? Was she put in the frig once he got the frig unloaded ? Was she already in the frig when he unloaded it? Dont be a smart ass and get madd but not everyone understands what happend! What happend after her dad found her? did they have to call police and did they even show up?3405

roger strouds confession is public records go to mingo county courthouse in williamson and go to sheriffs office and ask to read it
