I agree. BUT BOTH are wrong. Everything shouldn't be blamed on Roger. She wasn't perfect.

The murder should be solely blamed on Roger.

It doesn't matter what anyone else did. He had no justification to do what he did. No excuses should be made for him.

It was final. And she lead him on. She just wanted money, money, money. And I would hit someone, too if I loved them, married them, and they cheated on me. But once the divorce was final, she should have LEFT HIM ALONE. and let him move on. But like I said, he loved her. So he was willing to try & try to make it work because that's what she lead him to think she was wanting. He wasn't an abuser until you done him wrong. He couldn't hold onto a woman because he was too good to them.

In God's eye's sin is sin.There is no one sin any greater than the other one. The Bible say's if you comit one of these you have comitted all of them . But you can commit murder with your tongue. Gossiping about someone and spreading rumors, that may not be true, or even if they are true ,sometimes it's better to keep them to yourself. God is just and he will punish . It's not up to us to take these matters into our hands. If you aren't married to someone and you are sleeping with someone who is, that is still adultry.

ok it dont matter who was screwing who it does not give someone the right to take another humans life....whether they was married or divorced he still had no right in any maner to murder her in cold blood....he should have been a bigger man and just let it go...and if he was satisfying her she wouldnt have had to step out of the marriage neither would his other ex wife...there has to be something wrong with him that he couldnt keep his woman happy.....we dont know what goes on behind a couples closed doors maybe he was abusive in others ways instead of just physical ad the women didnt want that they wanted to be happy and they wasnt happy with him....but maybe you are one of those people that is just as sick in the head as he is..you better go pray to the good lord above if you think what he did was justified...

Agreed. Adultery or "cheating" is NO justification for murder. That was clearly established in the Clara Harris murder trial in TX.

As far as I'M concerned, your god is imaginary, and the bible nothing more than a work of lousy FICTION. It doesn't matter what YOU think of adultery and sin. Those are strictly religious concepts, and as such have NO place in a court of law. If it is proved this man killed his wife, his reasons are irrelevant.
