An unknown male pulled a female out of her vehicle in an apartment parking lot in the 10100 block of West Coldspring Road, choked her and stole her vehicle at about 9:50 p.m. June 30. According to the victim the suspect followed her into the parking lot in a silver SUV and parked right behind her silver 2011 Chevy Cruz, blocking her in.
