An unknown male pulled a female out of her vehicle in an apartment parking lot in the 10100 block of West Coldspring Road, choked her and stole her vehicle at about 9:50 p.m. June 30. According to the victim the suspect followed her into the parking lot in a silver SUV and parked right behind her silver 2011 Chevy Cruz, blocking her in.

Ex-officer in suitcases bodies case stalked women for years

The former West Allis police officer who police say killed two women and hid their bodies in suitcases was accused of stalking and harassment by at least half a dozen women while he was on the force from 1993 to 2001, according to personnel records released Wednesday.
