Lyon to consider new fee on court actions, could fund new bailiff

Based on a new state law, the Lyon County Board of Commissioners was to be asked Thursday to propose an ordinance that would add fees in district court and could possibly be used to fund a request for a bailiff for Department 2 in that court.
