Utility Workers, Driver Injured in Accident Near Barracks Road Shopping Center
The accident happened around 2:30 p.m. along the 900 block of Emmet Street. Two utility trucks were parked at the intersection with Wise Street doing work on a pole that was hit during a previous accident when witnesses say a man in a 2002 Nissan was driving erratically before slamming into the back of the truck, pinning one of the workers.
