Ashdown attorney announces his candidacy for prosecutor
Little River County Deputy Prosecutor Jay Metzger of Ashdown, Ark., announced Monday he will be seek the position of the 9th Judicial District West Prosecuting Attorney.

Jay is an excellent candidate for this office. He is intelligent, articulate, tough, and his honesty is above reproach. Little River County will be well served by electing this man.
