Snow hits region, expected to continue

The surprise snow that fell Thursday across Connecticut and much of the East Coast could be a harbinger of things to come this winter, according to a meteorologist with AccuWeather.com . "It's certainly unusual to have snow this early, especially compared to recent years," said AccuWeather meteorologist Brian Edwards.
