2 jailed for burglaries, meth

November 2009 LIVINGSTON - Two Cleveland residents, Steven Scott Stowe and Joy Stowe were arrested and charged with burglary of a building after detectives identified the couple as being involved in a series of burglaries in Polk, San Jacinto and Liberty counties.
