hmmmm...$600,000 to renovate a piece of history and use it for storage and offices and tourism.. or $6,000,000 to destroy history and build something new for storage and offices and lower the appeal of weston historical tours? where are all those lewis county tea baggers crying foul over government spending and higher taxes? no where to be found. I'd like to see 6 million put in to hiring better local teachers, improved public services, better police and security, cleaning up the town, and youth programs. But clearly a new court house building is more important than any of those things. and we wonder why lewis county is known as loser county all over the state.
