Carbon Credits: This is an excellent example of turning theory (and a bad one at that) into Tax revenue. I don't see how you guys can stay in office. Eventually, it will catch up with you. I hope you are still with us when finally the public wakes up to the green house gas hoax. Tar and feathers would be the reaction 100 years ago.
