A Lake County jury took only 11 minutes to find a Tiptonville man guilty on a pair of drug charges in Circuit Court Friday.

Kenny has been in and out of jail for many years and I seriously doubt he was innocent this time either. If he'd stay out of trouble, he wouldn't be in court.
